This is the adorable little Athena.

I had the pleasure of photographing her, her older brothers and her parents.

It was very rewarding to hear one of the boys exclaim, "I like taking pictures!"

That lets us know we are doing some right!

We like to refer to our children sessions as "guided play times".

And play we do!

Always a Bride

As photographers, we can only dream of shoots like this one.  Katie and Joel celebrated their one year marriage anniversary and wanted portraits in their fabulous wedding attire!  Katie, the ever beautiful bride is a great model.  She was glowing throughout the entire session.  Her excitement was contagious.  Thanks to both of you for allowing us to celebrate your marriage with you- a year later!  You are both stunning, and it is a joy watching your love grow.

Family

These hands belong to two little girls who are cousins.

I especially like the chipped nail polish that nods to little girlhood!

It is amazing to watch them grow and interact more as they mature.

adoring grandparents

I think these images speak for themselves, but in case you are wondering: adoring grandparents, amazing child, giggles and love.

In fact, these three people mean a lot to me.  They are my parents and my niece.  Addison has graced us with her beautiful face for a year and a half now.  I absolutely loved hanging out with them.  Many of our shots came from playing "Addison Ping Pong"!  I acted like I was going to "get her", and she would run back to my parents (her grandparents).  Then they would do the same.  This was truly a "guided play time"!

Pete and I had the pleasure of celebrating Ansley's 1st birthday last month.  Just a couple days later, I was honored to photograph her and her amazing parents.  We are blessed to enjoy life with you guys, and are in awe of watching Ansley grow.
